BASA is a volunteer-driven outreach project. We dream of developing minds alive for nation-building through library excellence, a culture of reading, and inspiring Filipino stories. We envision a Filipino people nourished by reading with powerful imagination for nation-building. Our challenge is to enlighten souls, liberate minds and empower lives through knowledge sharing - for we believe that informed minds and hearts of integrity will lead to better life choices.

Thank you to the thirty elementary teachers [grades 2 to 6] who attended the 2-day BASA seminar/workshop! During these 2 days, your Principal, Dr. Elita T. Lopez, attended and participated in the seminar workshop. We greatly appreciated your participation and hospitality.
